After 8 years of using facebook, today I clicked on the folder called Other, next to my facebook Inbox, for the first time. I had never had any interest in it, assuming it contained messages I had sent -which I don't need to read. Imagine my surprise when I discovered facebook has been hiding messages it thought I would not care about there for the last 8 years. Can anybody think of a less friendly user interface! I mean, did they think of using any word more descriptive than OTHER to describe the messages they didn't care to deliver to my inbox?! Simply amazed. This one goes in my UI Wall of Shame.
