Yes, with typo and all. They lure people curious about the cost of luxury car insurance to click on to a page that links to several insurance sellers. If the insurance sellers pay per click, then UScarInsuranceSite.com is ripping them off, as this is not qualified traffic of people interested in buying insurance. If the insurance sellers pay per action, then UScarInsuranceSite.com must be seeing a really onerous cost per action (CPA), and losing money on those ads.
