Tuesday's concert by Shakira at the Staples Center, part of her Oral Fixation Tour, was rather disappointing. Although the music was great, courtesy of Shakira's musical genius, the pop idol's smile was as fresh and youthful as ever, and her dancing wowed the audience a couple of times, Shakira did not sing live. The lip-sync performance could have been better described as lip-unsync. To top this, the sound quality and equalization was awful. To listen to a recording, an iPod is both cheaper and better than concert tickets.
