HSBCnet Tech Support: The worst website in the world made semi-intelligible

Page history last edited by Alex Backer, Ph.D. 11 years, 5 months ago

HSBCnet has the worst user experience of any website I have ever used. It's ridiculously bad. Here are a few tips to help me navigate it the next time around (things are so hidden you need a guide every single time). Perhaps it helps you too --comment below and add your own tips!

To view a bank statement, do NOT use the command called statements within Reports. That will ask you about twenty questions and then generate a bunch of gibberish with 99999s and ####s. Instead, click on Accounts -> Balance and Transaction Reporting --> Click on the account number (not on the balance, which is also a link that will take you to an identical page that has no filters) --> click on Quick white filter arrow which is hidden at the top of the page.
