T-Mobile has a few bugs in their system: When I am roaming in Spain, calls from another T-mobile cell phone to mine get forwarded not to my phone, nor to my voicemail, but to the caller's voicemail. Imagine my brother's surprise when he calls my number and hears his own voice.
When I tried to report this to T-Mobile using their website, a form automatically inserts my telephone's model number: Sidekick® 3. This entry, automatically filled by T-Mobile, is the one that yields an error upon submission: illegal character entered.
Who is in charge of QA at the pink company?
Call a T-Mobile number while its owner is abroad and get your own voicemail
